About Heather Cook

Born and raised in the North Star State, Heather Cook has been a serial collaborator at the intersection of the arts, education and social justice for the better part of the past two decades in Durham, North Carolina. 

The heart of her work is rooted in the belief that creatives have the capacity to make lasting and impactful change in their communities.

Presently, she is working on evolving, and remaining open to the gradual co-construction of the post-liminal, “yet-to-come”.
